Nova Talent are hiring Supply Chain Coordinators for a leading UK Confectionery Distributor, based in Sutton-In-Ashfield. This is a brand new opening to be part of an inspiring and dedicated team, reporting in to the Import/Export Supply Chain Manager.

Salary of £22,500/pa

A typical day as a Supply Chain Coordinator:

Handling Inbound and outbound calls and emails relating to the import/export of products.

Resolving queries to ensure the smooth delivery of goods from supplier/or to customers.

Liaising with colleagues, customers and transportation providers to ensure documentation is correct and received.

Plan the import and export of goods via the most efficient methods/routes.

Provide excellent customer service at all times.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for applicants with a strong customer service background, ideally within a supply chain function.

Knowledge of the import and export of goods (EU & Global Markets).

The confidence and ability to solve problems.

Applicants must have their own transport for attendance of both internal and external meetings.
