Nova Talent are delighted to be working alongside our client, a world leading provider of Communication Solutions within the Aviation & Defence sectors. Together we are recruiting a Recruitment Officer to join the HR Team, based in Market Deeping (Hybrid Offering). This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
A bit about what you will be doing:
- To understand and manage the recruitment needs for directors, hiring managers, and stakeholders of all levels.
- Lead the recruitment activity for all roles within the business, advertising via job boards, company website, recruitment partners and LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute robust marketing campaigns in relation to the company Employee Value Proposition via social media platforms ensuring maximisation of the company brand identification.
- Create and place attractive and effective job adverts.
- Responsible for the recruitment, pre-screen and selection of suitable candidates to submit to internal stakeholders and hiring managers across the business.
- Engage with agency partners to ensure a seamless process and that terms of business are adhered to.
- To attend job fairs on behalf of the business, acting as a company Ambassador at all times.
- Manage and maintain company records concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
What we are looking for:
A demonstrable background, either agency or in-house, in managing the recruitment process for a range of varied positions, full 365-degree recruitment.
A strong eye for attention to detail.
A great communicator, with influencing skills.
To be creative and have innovated ideas and solutions.
Interview skills.
To be passionate about the candidate and Hiring Manager experience and its impact and importance to a brand.
Able to manage your time effectively.
Professional approach to your work, colleagues and applicants.
Computer skills Intermediate/Advanced within the Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
Whats in it for you?
£25,000 - £30,000/pa
