We are excited to be working with an award-winning Print & Design company with offices based in both Lincoln & Glasgow. We are looking for an established Creative Marketing professional to join the vivacious & vibrant Team located at the office in Lincoln.

Job Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful applicant will hold accountability in the implementation and delivery of the company marketing strategy, to drive growth via strong engagement and lead generation for the business.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Lead and manage the day to day marketing activities via social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Create and implement the marketing plans and campaigns throughout the financial year.
  • Identify and build on key business opportunities.
  • Manage and shape key relationships with external stakeholders such as membership organisations, local and national press, marketing and website agencies.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in SEO and marketing trends, driving continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Design & Production Team to deliver high quality marketing resources.
  • Organise & attend networking events, seminars and conferences, be a champion for the business and brand.
  • Keeping the website updated with new products, content and blogs.
  • Review and maintain the company database and CRM system.
  • Define and scrutinise key performance metrics for marketing campaigns,

Ideal Candidate will have:

Hold a Marketing or Communications related degree, or relevant experience.

Creative with an eye for detail.

Customer driven, able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skill

The ability to create content across a variety of mediums.

Experience updating websites and liaising with external website developers to make changes from an SEO perspective.

Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

Have solid analytical skills, with sound understanding of various platforms such as Social media sites, Google Ads, Adobe software, Illustrator & Indesign.

Bid/Tender Writing experience.
