About this role

Nova Talent are working in partnership with an innovative and growing Business Support company, in the search for Business Support Assistant to work remotely on a part time basis (approx. 20 hours).

Working for a company that provides business process outsourcing solutions, the successful applicant will support the existing client base in a variety of administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer contracts, purchase orders (UK and Worldwide), and variation orders
  • Create and send mail merges
  • Set up and maintain new supplier records
  • Raise Oracle purchase orders for the UK and Ireland
  • Manage monthly and periodic supplier payment administration, including documentation and approval processes
  • Maintain and coordinate project and stakeholder documentation, ensuring approvals are obtained
  • Liaise with local finance teams to follow up on invoice payment statuses
  • Support ad hoc project administration and internal reporting requests

Salary & Benefits:

  • £16,380 (£15.75 per hour), 20hrs over 5 days per week

Experience required for the role:

  • Previous administration (ideally within Finance) experience
  • Have experience in admin tasks such as data input and mail merge
  • Attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of office IT packages
  • Good written communication
  • Able to work on own initiative
