Nova Talent are working with a young and innovative company that is experiencing continual growth, we are working together in sourcing a passionate Sales Support Coordinator. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will assist in implementing go-to-market strategies, ensuring the services are effectively positioned to reach the right customers and markets.

Duties to include:

  • Support in collecting and analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, customer data management, sales tracking, and seamless coordination between marketing, sales, and client relations.
  • Facilitate customer outreach and relationship management, ensuring clear communication and a strong understanding of company services.
  • Contribute to the development of client-focused proposals that effectively highlight our offerings.
  • Provide operational support to the Go-to-Market team, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and organising documentation.
  • Maintain records of market activities and generate reports on key performance indicators, such as customer engagement and campaign outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • A keen interest in international trade, logistics, and customs brokerage.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service within a relevant industry is advantageous.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
