About this role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to oversee our clients Customer Support and Sales Administration team. This role is vital in driving performance, fostering growth, and ensuring the team operates efficiently.

Salary and benefits include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities and inspire the customer support and sales administration team.
  • Review, adapt, and implement changes to existing processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee and maintain internal price agreements and partner price list.
  • Ensure effective management of customer agreements and provide necessary support.
  • Lead and monitor the customer rebate process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist sales teams with stock management and aged inventory to optimize performance.
  • Continue to improve and develop best practices within the team.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and meaningful appraisals to ensure team members' personal and professional growth.
  • Support team wellbeing with available resources and monitor absence levels.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Model high standards of behaviour and performance in all aspects of the role.
