Internal Sales Advisor

About this role

We are seeking to recruit a Sales Advisor to join our clients Amenities Team, based at their Allscott office near Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an customer centric and confident individual, that likes to take ownership of their work.

Within this role, the successful candidate will build solid customer relationships, whilst providing advice and support relating to the management and maintenance of green spaces including golf courses, parks, sports fields and other amenity spaces.

Salary circa £25,000/pa

Duties to include, but not limited to:

Triage calls to responsible account managers or technical advisors as required.
Provide relevant and timely information to customers on all products and services offered by the company.
Deliver new product campaigns as required.
Establish new business development opportunities, maximise organic growth with existing client base.
Take telephone and email enquiries, build and deliver customer quotations and sales orders of company product offering.
Provide a satisfactory resolution for all customer complaints, issues and queries.
Follow up on customer quotations.
Ensure all orders received are entered accurately into the order processing system.
Ensure that the external sales team are kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, including warehousing, purchasing, customer support and depot teams.
Focus on continual personal development in relation industry and product knowledge.
