About this role

We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join a well established Agricultural Support company, based at their Head Office in Nottingham.

Working for a company that prides itself on its innovative and customer centric approach, the successful candidate will be the initial point of contact for customers and visitors and provide administrative support to the Head Office function.

This role could form part of a job share opportunity, or full time position. Covering the hours between 8am-5pm or 8.30am-4.30pm. Job share hours could be 8am-12.30pm/12.30-5pm or 8.30am-12.30pm/12.30pm-4.30pm.

Salary: £11.40-£11.90/pa DOE

Duties to include but not limited to:

Meet and greet customers and visitors in person, with a welcoming approach.

Answering the telephone switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate persons.

Monitor and maintain stock levels in relations to Head Office stationary, equipment, Tea/Coffee and Milk, order and replenish where required.

Be the main contact and liaison with external supply companies such as cleaning contractors, archiving services, waste services, utilities and company cars ensuring administrative support for these external functions.

Check off stationary company invoicing to ensure it matches orders.

Support with company bookending for travel requirements.

Support the HR Team in general administration duties.
