We are currently supporting an established Accountancy Practice with offices across the East Midlands, together we are recruiting Tax professionals to join the Team based in Retford, Nottinghamshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of clients that have a variety of Taxation needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual that is looking for exposure across the taxation spectrum, we welcome applicants at all levels of experience within Taxation and that are ATT/CTA qualified/part qualified.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Manging portfolio of clients with a variation of taxation needs.

Preparation of annual tax returns, including electronic filing.

Liaising with the HMRC, resolving queries raised in a efficient and timely manner.

Working within allocated client base, ensuring all information is collated to enable the completion of Tax returns. Providing advice to clients in respect of personal taxes.

Liaising with accounts team members to ensure timely service.

Preparing P11d forms.

Preparation of capital gains tax, including electronic filing of reports.

Requirements for the role:

Experience in working within a practice environment.

Sound personal tax compliance experience.

Experience of liaising and correspondence with HMRC.

ATT/CTA Qualified/Part Qualified or studying towards.

A keen eye for attention to detail.

A natural multi-tasker.

Able to work full time, or 30 hours minimum.
