Nova Talent are working with a global company that is a leading supplier of medical products and solutions. Due to tremendous growth and ambitions plans for the future we are recruiting Field Service Engineers to join the team covering Northants and Bedfordshire.

Working within this innovative company, successful applicants duties will include:

  • To carry out service, repair, modifications and adjustments of medical and endoscope washer/disinfectors.
  • Conduct scheduled quarterly and yearly service and validation on medical and endoscope washer/ disinfector machines.
  • Record and completion of relevant paperwork and documentation.
  • Continually identify improvements on both products and systems.
  • Create on site validation reports.
  • Assist in the training and coaching of new Engineers to the team.
  • Take ownership of arisen issues whilst onsite.
  • Act as a company ambassador, upholding company standards at all times.

What we are looking for:

NVQ Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Customer centric approach

A keen eye for attention to detail

A clear communicator, able to liaise at all levels with both internal & external stakeholders

Able to work using own initiative but also a keen team player
